The Auxiliary for the Child Abuse Prevention Council consists of 18 local women dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Contra Costa County (CAPC) since 2000. We are a group of dedicated, enthusiastic and charity-minded women who are passionate about child abuse prevention. 

The organization was founded by a group of women whose children attended one of many Contra Costa schools and who were interested in supporting the Child Abuse Prevention Council.
